What expertise do I have?
Dad – Father of two crazy kids. I include my oldest son with some of my projects and show you cool projects you can do with your kids as well. We assembled a Skyward summit climbing wall and I’m putting together the blog post for it shortly.
DIY Home owner – I have had a drill or a hammer in my hand for over 30 years and have improved several homes and have done several projects over the years. I also bring life experience and have learned from mistakes from the past.
Project Management – I love project management and bring my over 10 years of project management of safety & security project experience to DIY projects. There is more to DIY than just construction! I show you the best practices when you are lost and need a plan.
Safety– I am a certified World Safety Organization – Certified Safety & Security Director (WSO-CSSD) and have years of experience with identifying and eliminating hazards as a Safety Certification Manager. I also give you the checklists and tools to so you won’t hurt yourself or your neighbor.
Quality – I believe in doing the job right, the 1st time. I American Society of Quality- Certified Quality Auditor. So you know I’ll help you with Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) tools so you can know how to do a quality job if you have the time and budget.
